Director's Message

Welcome to Little Wonders Daycare!        

            Hello my name is Juanita Stephens and I am the owner and  program director here at Little Wonders Daycare. Upon graduating high school in 1989, I continued my education and majored in Small Business Administration. In 1997, I ventured into the early childhood field as an in-home provider. Since then, I have obtained a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, a Director's credential, and I am currently working on a Bachelor of Science in Child Studies. I have a combined total of 14 years’ experience in the early childhood field.

            In 1999, Little Wonders Daycare Incorporated was founded. I had a vision and I was devoted to making a difference in the lives of children. I was concerned about the developmental needs and education of children .The staff at Little Wonders Daycare is geared toward the whole child and focuses on the child, the parent, and the needs of the community. In addition, we have implemented the high quality standards of the Kentucky STARS for KIDS NOW Program.       

            We provide excellent childcare and affordable rates to our families. Our staff is dedicated to providing the most comfortable and happy environment for your children. The daily routine at Little Wonders includes a balance of active and quiet play. Along with a carefully planned, consistent program tailored to the needs of the children in each of our classrooms.
